Refund Policy Overview

At Kimo Hair, we take pride in the quality of our products. Due to the nature of hair extensions and wigs, and for hygiene and safety reasons, we have a strict policy regarding returns and refunds.

Final Sale Policy

All sales of hair extensions, wigs, and custom units are FINAL. We do not offer refunds or exchanges if you change your mind after purchase.

Faulty or Incorrect Items

If you believe you have received a faulty item or the wrong product, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order at mail@kimohairs.com.

  • To be eligible for an exchange or replacement, the item must be in its original condition: unworn, uncut, unwashed, and with all original packaging and tags intact.
  • We cannot accept returns for items that have been brushed, fingered through, coloured, bleached, or altered in any way.

Custom Wig Orders

Custom-made wigs are created specifically for you.

Please note: These items are non-refundable and cannot be cancelled once production has started. Please ensure all measurements and specifications provided are accurate before placing your order.

Return Process

If we agree that an item is faulty:

  • You must return the item via a tracked shipping method.
  • Once we receive and inspect the item, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your exchange.
  • If approved, a replacement or exchange will be processed.

Shipping Costs

Shipping costs for returns are the responsibility of the customer unless the item is confirmed to be faulty by Kimo Hair. Original shipping fees are non-refundable.

Refused Deliveries

If a delivery is refused or returned to us due to an incorrect address provided by the customer, you may be issued store credit minus the cost of shipping and a restocking fee, at our discretion.
